Purpose

At Calvary Baptist Bible College, our purposes are clear and centered on Christ:

• First and foremost, to glorify God in everything we do, both inside and outside the classroom.
• To provide strong academic training combined with practical ministry experience, preparing men and women for full-time service to the Lord.
• To train men for the Gospel ministry, equipping them to preach the Word faithfully and preparing them to serve as pastors, missionaries, youth pastors, evangelists, and in other full-time Christian ministries.
• To teach men to rightly divide the Word of Truth, preaching it with passion and integrity as true servants of the Lord Jesus Christ.
• To instill a deep love in the hearts of our students - for Christ, for His Word, for His church, for His people, and for the lost. 
• To prepare students to plant, build, and faithfully serve in fundamental, independent, separated, soul-winning Baptist churches.
• To cultivate a strong devotional life, encouraging each student to maintain a close, daily walk with the Lord who has called them to serve. 

Philosophy

At Calvary Baptist Bible College, we believe that preparing servants for the ministry requires more than teaching facts — it requires pouring our lives into others. Our experienced pastors, missionaries, and Christian educators are committed to mentoring students both in the classroom and in daily life.

We are passionate about developing the whole person: strengthening the mind through strong academics, nurturing the heart through vibrant chapel services, and calling the will to action through hands-on ministry. Our chapels are intentionally Christ-centered, aiming to keep hearts tender and lives surrendered to God's call.

Above all, we believe that true preparation for ministry must be rooted in a strong walk with the Lord. Students are encouraged to cultivate daily habits of prayer and personal Bible study, building the spiritual foundation needed for a lifetime of service.

Because the local church is God’s primary tool for this age, we emphasize active church involvement as essential to ministry training. As a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church, we offer students valuable opportunities to serve in real-world ministries. Students from like-minded churches are encouraged to remain faithful to their home churches, serving under the leadership of their pastors as they continue their preparation for ministry.

Calvary Baptist Bible College stands firmly for the fundamentals of the faith and separates from the National Council of Churches, New Evangelicalism, Hyper-Calvinism, the Charismatic movement, and all forms of ecumenicalism and neo-evangelicalism.
